Coming soon to iOS and Android (Holiday 2013), Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment are proud to announce the mobile edition Batman: Arkham Origins. A game that Windows Phone users may never see. This bizarre phenomenon is getting to us and many users as they struggle with the fact that Microsoft, the same Microsoft that will be releasing its next console, the Xbox One, next month can’t even get the same publishers that will be releasing many of its games on board with the Windows Phone vision. With new mobile titles coming out each month from big studios such as Warner Bros, and Activision (the same studios Microsoft is deeply invested in) as well as others, there still seems to be a disheartening lack of support on the mobile side. This same Microsoft that invented and operates the Xbox, is the same Microsoft that operates Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8. Check yet out another cool, but dead game to us below:
“Play as Batman as he fights his way through Gotham City’s most dangerous locales and encounters a number of DC Comics’ most deadly assassins. As you progress, you’ll be able to upgrade your character’s skills and fighting tactics, but you’ll also be able to unlock a number of unique Batsuits by earning in-game currency and rewards.”
Why the game studios refuse to jump on board with the MS vision is beyond me. Let us all remember that not Apple, nor Google but Microsoft has the console gaming world at its very reach…Again we ask…Why not the mobile world? We know, We know..These things take time.
