HTC and China Unicom announced HTC Windows phone 8x and windows phone 8s in Beijing Today. HTC 8x is featured by 4.3 inchesscreen, 8mp camera supporting 1080p video and 2.1mp front camera. And HTC 8s has 4.0 inches screen with price under 2000 RMB.

We know that Nokia makes their great efforts to promote their windows phone. And they also put focus on China. But this time, again, HTC took earlier action before Nokia. From the price, we can see that HTC 8s is positioned as a low-end wp8 device which seemly is more competitive than Lumia 820. It looks as if it’s not easy for Nokia to stand No.1 in windows phone platform.
