Here is a bit of info that may be of interest to our readers. Since the introduction of Windows Phone 8 the OS has seen incredibly rapid adoption by our readers, with almost half of our Windows Phone mobile readers now using a Windows Phone 8 handset. (Current standing WP7 52.3, WP8 47.7)

Of course this is to be expected from our enthusiast community, but it is still much faster than I expected, and if enthusiast users are also the ones who buy and use apps, it may be good news for developers looking to make Windows Phone 8 specific apps.
